Jason Caporrino

Vice President, Northern California Office

Jason Caporrino has more than ten years of financial and operational experience including executive management positions with several private equity and venture-backed companies.

Mr. Caporrino was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of a $30 million private equity backed publisher and wholesaler of art, wall décor and greeting cards. Mr. Caporrino also managed all corporate functions, including operations, distribution, finance, human resources, IT and administration. Mr. Caporrino led initiatives that reduced SG&A expenses by 35%, managed the company’s bank line of credit, and divested three underperforming subsidiaries, ultimately resulting in the sale of the company to a strategic buyer.

Previously, Mr. Caporrino was vice president of a software development company where he successfully raised $5 million in venture funding and grew the company from 20 employees to over 100 with a valuation of $50 million. Mr. Caporrino’s background also includes international manufacturing and supply chain management. He developed production planning and modeling tools as he managed the flow of materials through multi-stage manufacturing and distribution environments.

Mr. Caporrino holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University.
