Kevin Gregson

Mr. Gregson has over 22 years of experience in management consulting. He was formerly a co-founder and principal of The Gregson Group. His expertise is in developing performance improvement solutions for challenged, distressed or transitioning organizations. Mr. Gregson was formerly a senior consulting partner with Ernst & Young in New York. While at Ernst & Young, he headed several business advisory practices including the Global Human Capital Group, whose focus was the fusion of finance and performance management and metrics. He was also the Life Sciences Industry Group Leader for that practice and led global efforts at E&Y in the development of thought leadership in quantitatively linking shareholder value to certain intangible and financial performance drivers in industries and individual companies.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gregson has consulted on issues surrounding change driven by mergers and acquisitions, and has focused on strategic matters concerning performance management, metrics and reward systems that drive organizational behavior toward success. He has worked with companies in corporate development and strategy development as well as aligning people and operations with business strategy.

Mr. Gregson has written numerous articles and has been a regular speaker at industry gatherings. He has a B.A. from the University of Delaware, has studied finance at the University of Michigan Business School and has attained the professional designations of Certified Financial Planner and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist and has also held a series 7 securities license. He has consulted to major global companies headquartered in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.
