Tim Cox

Tim Cox has ten years of reorganization and bankruptcy experience. He has filled such roll as Corporate Controller, Financial Budget and Analysis Manager, and Bankruptcy Administrator.

Mr. Cox began his career with a certified public accounting firm in San Francisco where he was responsible for updating and preparing financial operating reports and preparing individual and corprate tax returns. He subsequently moved into the technology and semi-conductor industry where he has spent most of his career. His experience also includes work in nutritional, movie and television, and transportation industries.

Mr. Cox is responsible for developing successful business plans for companies in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and has also interfaced directly with senior level management, directors, attorneys, government agencies, customers and vendors to research, organize, negotiate, and develop business plans for reorganization. He has successfully worked with and has managed in all levels of management. In doing so, he has been able to create successful plans of reorganization through developing procedures, which greatly reduce cost.

Mr. Cox holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the Franciscan University of Steubenville, Steubenville, Ohio.
